His dream was to be an investor and this home was the first of what would have been many for him. He never got the pleasure of even making his first mortgage payment! But, his dream lives on as does the legacy he has started for his daughter. We and the family appreciate your stay at Charlie's Place.

Summary: Beautiful home! Everything was great. I only had to drive two hours to the snow because it didn’t snow in the area around this time of the year. The house is pet friendly, it has a pet smell so if you have an allergic reaction to dogs or other animals you may not want to stay there. My daughter suffered from it the whole time but good thing we had Benadryl so it calmed her allergies down at night. I loved the garage but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. The front door took a little minute to figure out but if you’re patient you’ll get it to work just follow the directions. I could actually stay in this home for a long period of time. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would have stayed my whole trip here if the price was in my budget so with that being said make sure you plan ahead. The kitchen was fully stocked even has seasonings. This house has a very great romantic setting. Also the neighborhood is very quiet.
